Reflection
The connection to my theme is very strong concept wise but moderately so physically. The actual artworks could have been done better by fixing the blending on some of the areas. For my first time using Gouache, I felt that I did a good job even though I struggled with how much water to mix in with it.

ACT response
Clearly explain how you are able to identify the cause-effect relationships between your inspiration and its effect upon your artwork:What is the overall approach (POV) the author (from research) has regarding the topic of your inspiration
- My theme is reality versus illusion. I don't have them assigned to a specific painting because then choice of the user enforces my theme.
- I've realized that the baroque period is full of artist that have lots of religious background
- identities and relationships, more specifically peace vs anarchy
- I had to make inferences on the author's intention for each painting so I could then use them to help strengthen my similarity to them
